Come Join Me!

Hello All! I just started a social network over at ning.com and would love for you to come join me. We will have different groups, challenges and lots of FUN! I just wanted to say that your blog is just lovely....
Did you make your blinkies?? If so may I ask how? I have PSE6 but was looking for someone who can explain what size and how to animate them...also how they link back to the blog when people grab them.. :)
