Tulle Flower Tutorial

Here's a Video Tutorial on how to make
the Tulle Flowers I've been posting lately.

Completed Flowers:

You can make the flowers using
silk fabric like the brown one above.
The trick though is it needs
the actual flame to it to melt.

Here's the silk flower was made into a lapel
pin and It's hangs nicely on my scrap bag.

Here's a LO using one of the
small red ones as an embellishment.

Have you thought of using a heat gun? I think it would be safer-and risk avoiding the tulle to catch on fire! Great video- thanks for sharing

You can use the heat gun, but it doesn't give the same effect. It does work well to shrink the flower though.
